In her position as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations, Laura Colon Baker serves as a liaison between the University's alumni relations department and the athletics department, helping plan and facilitate alumni events among other responsibilities.
A graduate of Loyola, Colon Baker worked as a Student Ambassador for Undergraduates Admissions and as a building manager for the Student Union. After graduation, she served on the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Board for four years while working in the online marketing world.
She began working for Loyola in the Advancement division in 2012, with the major gifts team, prior to transitioning into Alumni Relations in 2015.
Colon Baker graduated in 2008 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing and was married in Madonna della Strada chapel in 2014.
