2013-14: Saw action in five cross country meets during his senior year...Opened the season with a 25th place finish (19:39) at the Badger Season Opener...Was the first Rambler to cross the finish line (6th place, 25:39) at the Illini Open to lead the men[apos]s side to a team title...Grabbed a 149th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2012-13: Saw action in six cross country meets, scoring in all of them...First Team All-Horizon League selection...Was one of four Ramblers to finish in the top-five at the 2012 Horizon League Championships as he finished 5th (25:22)... Opened the season with a 13th place finish (19:14)...Played a primary role in the men[apos]s side capturing the team championship at the Illinois Intercollegiate, posting a time of 24:50 (6th place)...Finished 28th (25:45) at the 40th Annual Sean Earl Lake Front Invitational...Recorded a victory in the 3,000m Run during the indoor season at the Margaret Bradley Invitational...Crushed his PR in the same event with a time of 8:43.71 at the 2013 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships...Won the league title in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the 2013 Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships...Also established a new personal record in the 1,500m Run (4:03.77) at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational...Horizon League Honor Roll selection.
2011-12: Competed in all six cross country meets ... Scored for team with his 19th-place finish at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship (27:23) ... Placed 21st at the UIC Home Opener and took 123rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet ... Finished 12th in the 5,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship in personal-best time of 15:06.74 ... Claimed fourth in the open mile at Grand Valley State with time of 4:17.79 ... Finished fifth in the mile at Iowa and placed eighth in the 5K at the Gladstein Invitational ... Posted personal-best time of 8:49.89 in the 3,000m at the Meyo Invite ... Ran fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship with new PR of 9:32.01 ... Finished sixth in the same event at the Wake Forest Open.
2010-11: Competed in all seven cross country meets ... Finished 31st overall at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship (26:17) ... Was LU[apos]s third finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet after a time of 32:48 in the 10K race ... Took 43rd at the UW Parkside Midwest Open in time of 27:32 ... Finished 12th in the 5K (15:31.93) and 16th in the 3K (8:59.83) at the Horizon League Indoor Championship ... Posted season-best indoor times in the 800m (2:01.13) and the mile (4:27.61) at the UWM Tune-Up ... Took 8th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship in season-best time of 10:00.01 ... Also finished 19th in the 1,500m (4:17.00) at the League meet.
