2023: Appeared in five races for the Ramblers … Debuted at the Notre Dame National Catholic Invitational, running a 5 mile time of 24:54.7, earning him Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week … Set an 8k personal best of 24:23.3 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational … Ran 24:49.3 at the Nuttycombe Invite … Raced at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships, running an 8k time of 24:48.3 … Closed out the season running a 10k time of 31:18.3 at the NCAA Division 1 Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, where his 24th place finish earned him All-Region honors, a first for a true freshman in program history … Earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie team.
