2023: Appeared in four races for the Ramblers … Opened the season at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, running 24:59.3 in the 8k … Ran an 8k time of 24:39.6 at the Nuttycombe Invite … Set a big personal best in the 8k running 24:08.7 at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships, placing 3rd to earn All-Conference Honors … Closed out the season competing at the NCAA Division 1 Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, where he placed 21st in a 10k time of 31:07.1, taking home All-Region honors … Was named a USTFCCCA All-Academic individual.
at Université de Montpellier: Earned gold, silver, and two bronze medals at the U23 French Championships... selected to the national team... holds PRs in the 1,500m (3:51), 3,000m (8:15), 5,000m (14:17), and the 10,000m (29:07).
