Biography
2024 Cross Country (at Canisius): Won the Little Three Championships in 18:30.2 (Sept. 6)... Placed 16th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run in 21:59.8 (Oct. 5)... Ran a career-best 5K of 17:54.1 to place second at the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 19)... Posted a career-best 6K of 21:06.2 at the MAAC Championships, finishing 13th and earning All-MAAC honors (Nov. 2).
2023 Cross Country (at Canisius): Placed third at the Little Three Championships (18:54.2)... Career-best 5K of 18:00.5 at the Canisius Alumni Classic... Career-best 6K of 21:37.7 at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Championships.
2023 Outdoor Track & Field (at Canisius): Third in the 5000m at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational (17:36.78)... Second in the 1500m at the U of R Alumni Invitational (4:43.37)... Third in the 1500m and fourth in the 800m at the UB Alumni Invitational (800m: 2:24.04)... Sixth in the 1500m (4:48.45) and fourth in the 5000m (17:40.38) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
2021 Cross Country (at Siena): Placed 18th at the MAAC Championships in the 6K (22:11.3)... Top-25 finish at the CCSU Mini Meet in the 3K (10:16.2)... Qualified twice for the New York State Cross Country Championships and earned individual medalist honors at the 2020 Section 6 Cross Country Championship.
