2023: Appeared in four races for the Ramblers … Opened the season at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, running an 8k time of 25:01.0 … Ran 25:07.4 in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite … Set an 8k personal best of 24:31.3 at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships to place 10th, earning him All-Conference honors … Closed out the season at the NCAA Division 1 Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, running a 10k time of 32:54.0.
