2017-18: Opened the indoor season by moving to second on Loyola's all-time 5,000m record board following a run of 14:07.62 (5th) at the GVSU Holiday Open ... Put points on the board for the Ramblers in both the 3,000m run (9th; 8:31.09) and 5,000m run (8th; 15:02.22) at the MVC Indoor Championships ... Ran on Loyola's 1,500m run relay that took fifth (16:16.11) at the prestigious Raleigh Relays ... Turned in the fastest 1,500m run time of his career (3:53.21) as part of an 18th-place finish at the Beach Invitational ... Set a new outdoor 3,000m run school record (8:20.44) in a winning effort at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic ... Closed out collegiate career with a seventh-place finish (15:10.54) in the 5,000m run at the MVC Outdoor Championships ... MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection. 

2016-17: Moved into a tie for ninth on Loyola's all-time indoor 3,000m board after clocking a time of 8:19.80 (9th) at the SPIRE D1 Invitational ... Recorded another indoor personal best at the Meyo Invitational as he raced across in 4:09.35 in the mile run ... Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors in the 3,000m run following a runner-up finish (8:20.69) in the event at the MVC Indoor Championships ... Opened the outdoor campaign with a 8:37.88 showing in the 3,000m run at the Stan Lyons Invitational that vaulted him up to fourth on the program's all-time outdoor record board in the event ... Checked in with a 1,500m personal-best of 3:53.62 at the Beach Invitational ... Posted top-10 finishes in the same event run at both the Musco Twilight (4th; 3:57.48) and the Redbird Invitational (3:56.36) ... Put points on the board for the Ramblers in both the 5,000m (8th; 15:18.26) and 10,000m (5th; 30:50.49) at the MVC Outdoor Championships ... MVC Scholar-Athlete selection. 

2015-16: Did not compete.

2014-15: Clocked the third-fastest 5,000m time in school history en route to winning the event at the Meyo Invitational...Scored points for the Ramblers at the MVC Indoor Championships with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000m and a sixth-place finish in the 5,000m...Clocked the third-fastest 5,000m time in school history (14:07.81) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival... Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Champion in the 5,000m...Also scored points in the 10,000m at the conference championships after clocking the 10th-fastest time in school history (30:07.25)...NCAA West Preliminary Round qualifier in the 5,000m.

2013-14: Member of the Missouri Valley Conference Champion distance medley relay team...Also scored points for the Ramblers at the MVC Indoor Championships after placing fourth in the 3,000m with a personal-best time of 18:24.72... Opened the outdoor season with a first-place finish in the 1,500m at the Bulldog Opener...Placed third in the 5,000m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a personal-best time of 14:21.38...Scored points for the Ramblers at the MVC Outdoor Championships with an eighth-place finish in the 5,000m.

High School: Northwest Herald Track Athlete of the Year in 2013... Northwest Herald Cross Country Athlete of the Year in 2013... All-state cross country selection in 2012 and 2013... High honor roll.
