2022-23: Ran in 10 races for the Ramblers … Opened the year with a 5k time of 14:34.75 at the Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener … Took fifth place at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic with a personal best mile time of 4:10.62 … Finished third in his heat in the 3k with a personal best time of 8:17.46 at the Indiana Relays … Took third in his heat with a personal best time of 14:06.45 in the 5k at the GVSU Big Meet … Finished in seventh in the 3k with a time of 8:20.27 and placed in eighth in the 5k with a time of 14:27.58 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships … Set a personal best in the 10k at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 29:05.99 landing fourth on the outdoor all-time list … Took the victory in the 5k at the Gary Wieneke Memorial, setting a time of 14:15.69 to win the event by more than 13 seconds … Became Loyola's first A10 champion at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 29:35.83 in the 10k.
2021-22: Opened indoor slate by running the 10th fastest 3,000m run time in program history at the Meyo Invitational, where he crossed in 8:18.45 (13th) ... Checked in at 14:22.91 (15th) in the 5,000m run at the Iowa State Classic ... Rocketed up to fourth all-time at Loyola in the 5,000m run at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships, turning in a time of 14:19.84 that saw him place third overall and collect All-Valley honors ... Also put points on the board for the Ramblers in the 3,000m run (7th; 8:21.18) at the indoor league meet ... Got outdoor campaign off to a scintillating start at the Raleigh Relays, running the sixth best 5,000m run time in Rambler annals as he came through in 14:87.87 (60th) ... Dazzled at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 10,000m run, battling through in 29:22.49 (13th), a time that ranks third in program history ... Secured a runner-up finish in the 10,000m run at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, turning in a time of 29:56.92 to take home All-MVC accolades ... 2020-21: Made lone indoor appearance at the GVSU Big Meet, where he placed 27th (14:47.09) in the 5,000m run ... Enjoyed a terrific outdoor season, notching new personal bests in both the 5,000m run and 10,000m run ... Checked in at 14:35.47 in the 5,000m run at the prestigious Drake Relays en route to a sixth-place finish ... Clocked the 10th fastest 10,000m run time in program history at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, crossing in 30:05.10 to finish fifth overall ... Also competed in the 5,000m run (25th; 15:42.80) at the outdoor league meet ... MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection.
2019-20: Set personal bests in a trio of different events (mile, 3,000m, 5,000m) during the indoor season ... Took eighth in the mile run at the Notre Dame Invitational, crossing in 4:23.62 ... Impressed in the 3,000m run at the Black & Gold Premier, running 8:36.66 to place sixth overall ... Posted a time of 14:39.08 (11th) in the 5,000m run at the GVSU Big Meet ... Put points on the board for the Maroon & Gold at the MVC Indoor Championships, taking eighth (14:55.31) in the 5,000m run final ... Also saw action in the 3,000m run final (17th; 8:46.88) at the indoor league meet ... MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection.
2018-19: Made debut on the track at the Hawkeye Invitational, running 8:51.92 to finish sixth in the 3,000m run ... Saw action in both the mile run (58th; 4:32.85) and the 5,000m run (42nd; 15:10.12) at the Meyo Invitational ... Posted a 3,000m run season-best 8:48.31 (25th) at the GVSU Big Meet ... Came through in 15:19.02 to finish 13th in the 5,000m run at the MVC Indoor Championships ... Competed in the 3,000m run (16th; 8:55.91) and 5,000m run (14th; 15:19.61) at the outdoor season-opening Black & Gold Invitational ...
