2023-24: Appeared in nine competitions for the Ramblers … Kicked off the indoor season with a 5000m personal best at the Boston University Season Opener, running 16:24.48 to rank fourth on the Loyola all-time indoor 5000m list … Set a 3000m personal best of 9:29.81 at the Windy City Invite to place fifth and rank third on the Loyola all-time indoor 3000m list … Placed 11th in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships in 17:40.63 … Opened the outdoor season at the Stanford Invitational, running the 5000m in 16:45.04 … Placed second in the 1500m at the Chicagoland Championships in 4:32.19 … Closed out the season with a fifth place finish in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 16:58.70.
