Posted back-to-back wins at the Notre Dame Invitational (23-10.75; 7.28m) and the Black & Gold Premier (23-04.75; 7.13m) ... Wrapped up indoor regular season with a leap of 23-07.50 (7.20m) to top the leaderboard at the Iowa State Classic ... Captured his first Valley title at the MVC Indoor Championships, where notched a 24-02.50 (7.38m) to match his indoor season best ... Placed seventh (24-03.75; 7.41m) at the Bobcat Invitational ... Finish first (23-02.00; 7.06m) at the Redbird Invitational ... Secured his berth to the regional meet at the Bryan Clay Invitational, reaching 24-08.25 (7.52m) to land seventh ... Used an indoor season-best leap of 24-05.00 (7.44m) to finish second overall at the MVC Indoor Championships ... Earned first long jump win of the outdoor season at the Benedictine Invitational (22-00.75; 6.72m) ... Placed second (23-09.00; 7.24m) at the Musco Twilight ... 2016-17: Enjoyed a breakout freshman season with the Ramblers as he competed exclusively in the long jump ... Recorded the third longest indoor leap in school history of 24-06.25 (7.47m) in a winning effort at the John Tierney Classic ... Also collected first-place finishes in the event at the Black & Gold Premier (23-06.25), SPIRE D1 Invitational (23-02.50) and Alex Wilson Invitational (23-09.50) ... Put points on the board at the MVC Indoor Championships as he notched a mark of 23-11.00 (7.29m) to finish fourth ... Moved to second on Loyola's all-time outdoor record board following a wind-aided jump of 25-02.00 (7.67m) as part of a runner-up finish at the Musco Twilight  that helped him qualify for the NCAA West Preliminary ... Captured titles at the Stan Lyons Invitational (22-07.25) and Redbird Invitational (24-08.25) ... Named MVC Outdoor Male Field Athlete of the Week on March 21 ...
