2023-24: Appeared in six competitions for the Ramblers … Opened the indoor season with a 5000m personal best of 14:04.35 at the Boston University Season Opener, placing him fifth on the Loyola all-time indoor 5000m list … Ran a mile time of 4:08.19 at the Notre Dame Invitational, finishing in fifth … Placed second in the 3000m in 8:01.48 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic … Followed that up with a 3000m personal best at the Windy City Invite, crossing the line in 8:00.53, ranking sixth on the Loyola all-time indoor 3000m list  … Took the 5000m title at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships in 14:05.46 … Nabbed Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week in his single outdoor competition with his personal best of 28:42.02 in the 10000m at the Stanford Invite, ranking second on the Loyola all-time 10000m list … Was named to the Atlantic 10 Indoor All-Academic Team.
