2016-17: Saw action in a pair of meets during the indoor season ... Finished 12th (4:29.83) in the mile run at the John Tierney Classic ... Member of Loyola's fourth-place Distance Medley Relay team (11:06.19) at the Windy City Rumble ... Did not compete during the outdoor season. 

2015-16: Member of Loyola's MVC Champion Distance Medley Relay squad (10:00.01) at the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships ... Posted personal-best time in the mile (4:14.02) and 3,000m (8:38.08) runs at the GVSU Big Meet during the indoor campaign ... Opened outdoor season with a 3,000m personal record of 8:50.88 at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational ... Saw action in both the 800m (2:01.72) and 1,500m (4:04.49) run preliminaries at the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2014-15: Set a new personal-best 3,000m time en route to a runner-up finish at the GVSU Laker Early Bird...Clocked a personal-best mile time of 4:16.64 in the prelims of the MVC Indoor Championships...Placed 10th in the mile at the conference championships...Clocked a personal-best 800m time of 1:56.58 at the Dr, Keeler Invitational...Set a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:53.98 in the prelims of the MVC Outdoor Championships before placing 9th in the finals...Also competed in the 800m at the conference championships.

2013-14: Competed at three meets during the indoor season ... Member of the 4x800m relay team that placed fourth at the Indiana Relays.

High School: Team Captain and MVP...Led team to Class 2A Cross Country State Championship.
