CHICAGO (August 21, 2019) – Loyola University Chicago men's basketball team chaplain and campus icon Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt, BVM, is celebrating her 100^th birthday today! The Loyola community will have a party for her on campus later today to mark her milestone birthday.
 
In celebration of Sister's 100^th birthday, Loyola has created the Worship, Work, Win Fund to honor the life of our beloved Sister Jean and to assure that her legacy at Loyola and Rambler Athletics will last for centuries to come.
