CHICAGO (March 28, 2022) – The Loyola Project, a critically acclaimed documentary about the 1963 Loyola University Chicago men's basketball team that won the NCAA championship, will air on Saturday, April 2 on CBS at noon CT. The film that airs on CBS is a one-hour version of The Loyola Project and streaming of the full-length film begins that same day on Paramount+.

Lucas Williamson, who recently completed an illustrious career on the Loyola men's basketball team, the documentary chronicles the 1963 Ramblers team that played a huge role in the civil rights movement and in changing the game of college basketball. Loyola's national championship squad started four Black players that season.
