Loyola Men’s Basketball Announces Summer Camp Dates

Open to children in grades K thru 8, camps will take place in June

CHICAGO (April 6, 2022) – Loyola University Chicago men's basketball coach Drew Valentine and his staff will offer two sessions of summer camps for children in grades kindergarten through eighth grade during the month of June. Camps will be capped at 140 individuals for each session.

Campers will be able to choose from one or both sessions, June 20-23 and June 27-30. Both camps will take place in The Alfie Norville Practice Facility on the Loyola Lake Shore Campus.

Registration is $425 for a single session or $395 for multiple sessions. Loyola is also offering discounted rates for multiple siblings registered for camp ($395) as well as for Loyola faculty/staff ($375). Campers will receive a t-shirt, camp basketball and lunch each day.

Effective April 11, all campus visitors ages five and older must provide proof that they are up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This means a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series COVID-19 vaccine and booster doses when eligible.

Campus visitors who are not up to date on vaccinations must display proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 48 hours of an event to enter campus facilities. At this time, both PCR and rapid antigen tests will be accepted.
