CHICAGO (March 15, 2023) - The Ramblers return to action this spring with a slate of six regular season meets announced Director of Cross Country and Track & Field
Gavin Kennedy. Loyola will kickoff the season March 25 and participate in the A-10 Championships at the end of May for the first time in program history.
The Ramblers will head to two meets this March. The 2023 outdoor campaign begins at NC State on March 23-25 for the Raleigh Relays. The month then wraps up at Stanford on March 31 for the Stanford Invitational.Â
To start April's slate, Loyola will head down state to participate in Illinois State's Redbird Challenge on Saturday, April 1.
April action continues at Azusa Pacific and Mt. Sac April 12-15 with the team sending athletes to both invitationals. Those headed to California will participate in the Bryan Clay Invitational, while the others compete in the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance, California.
The regular season will conclude at Illinois in the Gary Wieneke Memorial April 21-22.
The A-10 will meet for conference championships May 6-7 and look to send athletes to the NCAA Regionals that begin May 24. A-10 action will span the two days at the UMass Track & Field Complex in Amherst, Massachusetts, while the NCAA Regionals are set for Sacramento, California.
NCAA Championships will then kick off on June 7 in Austin, Texas.
