RALEIGH, N.C. (March 24, 2023) - Loyola track & field completed day two at the Raleigh Relays Friday night. Three more Ramblers competed in three different events, which included a third-place heat finish in the women's 5k.
Jayla Johnson got Loyola going in the day's first event. She took sixth in the seventh heat of the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.69.
The Rambler men had their first taste of action in the 100 meter dash.
Jevan Terry ran a time of 11.09 for sixth place in his heat narrowly missing his personal record he set in 2021.
Loyola's final event for the second day was the women's 5k.
Grace Kuhn paced herself with a time of 17:33.34 and third place in the first heat of the race.
The relays come to an end Saturday. The Ramblers will be represented in the men's 200 meter dash, women's 400 meter hurdles, and the men's 800. The meet can be streamed beginning at 12 p.m. CT and live results can be followed
