Julian Cisneros Signs Professional Deal with FC Naples

Cisneros joins former teammate, Marc Torrellas, in joining USL League One club

NAPLES, Fla. – Former Rambler standout Julian Cisneros signed his first professional deal with FC Naples, the USL League One club announced. The Elk Grove Village, Ill., native started 70 matches with Loyola Chicago men's soccer through his five-year career in Rogers Park.

After the 2024 season, Cisneros ended his time wearing the Maroon and Gold with his first Atlantic 10 All-Conference nod. The team captain recorded 1,202 minutes on the pitch through the season and scored two goals from his defensive/midfielder position.

"Joining FC Naples is a dream come true and something I've worked towards for years," said Cisneros. "I'm excited to keep chasing my goals and grateful to FC Naples for believing in me. I can't wait to give my all for this team and its supporters."

In 2023, Cisneros logged back-to-back scoring performances against two of the Atlantic 10's best - Dayton and No. 25 Saint Louis, assisting the team in earning four crucial A-10 points.

"We could not be prouder of Julian for signing his first professional contract," said Loyola Chicago Head Coach Steve Bode. "Julian has been a five-year starter with us and has matured immensely during his time at Loyola. He is more than ready to take the next step into professional soccer, and we will be supporting him the entire way. FC Naples and the USL are lucky to have him."

Through his time at Loyola Chicago, Cisneros racked up 12 goals, 14 assists, 38 points, 136 shots (50 on-target), five game-winning goals, and nearly 6,000 minutes of game time.
