WASHINGTON – Loyola University Chicago graduate student William Sinclair has been named the Atlantic 10 Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.

Sinclair earned the honor following an outstanding performance at the 46th Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational this past Friday at Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course. The Tauwhare, New Zealand, native led the Ramblers to a runner-up team finish, helping Loyola defeat a pair of nationally ranked opponents in the process.

Sinclair was LUC's top finisher in the Tom Cooney Championship 8K, placing fourth overall in 23:24.66.

Sinclair's honor marks Loyola's second A-10 weekly award of the 2025 cross country season.

The Ramblers return to action on Saturday, Oct. 18, at the Missouri Pre National Invite, their final tune-up before the Atlantic 10 Championships.
