2022: Ran in four races for the Ramblers … Made his season debut at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational where he placed in 4th with an 8K time of 24:36.5 … Set a personal best in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 23:58.2 to end up in 19th place … Ran a personal best time of 24:19.5 in the 5M at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship to place in 9th … Ended the season with 38th place at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships with a personal best 10K time of 30:22.9, shaving over 90 seconds off of his previous personal best … Named to the Atlantic 10’s All-Academic Team.
2021: Appeared in three meets ... Made season debut at the Redbird Invitational, clocking in at 24:52.0 to place 12th overall ... Ran the top 8k time of his career two weeks later at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic, taking 47th with a time of 24:21.9 ... Spring 2021: Saw action in both meets ... Led the Ramblers in each of his outings ... First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference honoree ... Checked in 14th at the Lipscomb Winter Classic, finishing in 25:11.7 ... Crossed in 25:29.4 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, placing ninth overall ... MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honoree.
2019: Competed in all six meets during his sophomore year ... Opened the year with a fifth-place effort (18:44) at the Crusader Open ...
