2023 Cross Country (at Penn State): Competed in five meets, finishing top-three on the team four times while setting PRs in the 6K, 8K and 10K... Opened the season with a third-place overall finish in 18:03.2 at the Dolan Duals (Sep. 1)... Ran an 8K PR of 24:36.1 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sep. 30)... Finished 40th at the Big Ten Championships (Oct. 27), placing third for the team... Ran a 10K PR of 30:25.8 for 28th at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (Nov. 10).
2022 Cross Country (at Penn State): Competed in every meet of his freshman season... Opened with a fourth-place finish in 18:12.3 for 6K at the Dolan Duals (Sep. 2)... Ran 25:54.0 at the Big Ten Championships (Oct. 28).
High School: Four-year letterwinner... Ranked No. 1 in Maryland in the outdoor 5K... Five-time state qualifier and school record holder in the mile, indoor 3200m and outdoor 3200m... Placed top five in the mile at the 2021 state championships... PRs include 4:21.22 (mile), 9:26.05 (two-mile) and 15:12.05 (5K).
