High School/Club Team: All-State selection by the Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association (IHSSCA) ... Also was an ESMARK All-American honoree under the direction of coach Sean Wesley at Benet Academy ... IMG Top 150 rated player ... Excelled on the club level for the Chicago Fire Academy and coaches Larry Sunderland and Gonzalo Segares ... Served as captain of the club U16 side before earning an Honorable Mention selection to the U.S. Soccer Development Academy's (USSDA) U18 All-Tournament team after starting as a member of the defensive unit when the club captured a USSDA National Championship.

Coach Jones on Graiber: "Jacob is a player that I have been watching for a long time. I actually first saw him when I was still working at Northwestern and rated him as a player for the future then. Much credit for Jacob's continued development must be given to him, the Chicago Fire coaching staff, and the Benet Academy staff. We see Jacob as being an outstanding addition to our defensive group here at Loyola, and we look forward to getting to work with him beginning in August."
