2025-26: Appeared in eight competitions… at the Hoosier Horsepower Classic (Jan. 16-17^th), running the 3,000m, finished in 8^th place… at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 24^th), running the mile, set a personal best at 5:03.45… at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14^th), running the 5,000m, set a personal best at 16:55.93… at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-28^th), running the 5,000m, finished in 6^th place… at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 2-3^rd), running the 10,000m, finished in 3^rd place, also ran the 9,600m, setting a personal best at 34:02.60, finishing in 2^nd place…

2025 (at Salt Lake CC): Third in the 10,000m at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships (36:48.71, May 15-17)... Third in the 10,000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (35:35.80, Apr. 3-5)... Fifth in the 5000m at the NJCAA Indoor Championships (17:41.97, Mar. 7-8)... Third in the DMR at the Weber State Indoor Invitational (13:07.29, Jan. 10-11)... Placed 11th in the 5K at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 9)... Fourth in the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships (13.1K, 1:22:22.6, Nov. 12).

2024 (at Salt Lake CC): 12th in the 5000m at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships (18:51.98, May 16-18)... First in the mile at the Utah Last Chance Meet (5:27.68, May 8)... Fifth in the 5000m at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (18:39.16, Mar. 29)... 11th in the 5K at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 9)... Seventh in the 6K at The Master’s University XC Invitational (Oct. 5).

2023 (at Salt Lake CC): 45th in the 5K at the Scenic West XC Invitational (Oct. 27)... 38th in the 3K at the Idaho State XC Open (Sep. 22)... 38th in the 3.1068M at the BYU Autumn Classic (Sep. 8)... 72nd in the 5K at the UVU XC Invitational (Sep. 1).
