2025-26: Appeared in 3 competitions… at the Wheaton ‘Don Church’ Twilight Meet (Apr. 18th), running the 1500m, set a personal best at 4:51.78, finishing in 5th place…
2024 Indoor Track & Field (at Iowa Western): Won the 800m and 5000m at the Region 11 Indoor Championships (Feb. 16-17)... Finished fourth in the 3000m (10:07.02) and 5000m (17:37.98) at the NJCAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 1-2)... Runner-up in the Mile (5:10.69) and 5000m (18:04.64) at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 1-3).
2024 Outdoor Track & Field (at Iowa Western): Won the 10,000m at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic (37:37.93, Apr. 12-13)... Won the 1500m (4:53.21) and placed fifth in the 800m (2:24.82) at the Region XI Outdoor Championships (May 3-5)... Finished 11th in the 10,000m (38:48.37) and sixth in the 3000m steeplechase (11:13.11) at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships (May 16-18).
