2022-23: Appeared in seven races for the Ramblers … Opened the year with eighth place at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite with a time of 8:35.07 in the 3k … Took ninth place in the 3k at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic with a time of 8:37.08 … Placed in 25th at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 14:54.40 in the 5k … Placed in 34th at the Fighting Illini Challenge with a 5k time of 15:42.97 … Set a personal best time of 30:32.71 in the 10k at the Bryan clay Invitational … Closed the year with 12th place at the Gary Wieneke Memorial with a 5k time of 15:01.63.
2021-22: Opened indoor season with back-to-back personal bests in the 3,000m run, the second of which saw him clock in at 8:28.32 (18th) at the prestigious Meyo Invitational ... Posted a 5,000m run personal-best 14:41.80 (11th) at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships ... Was limited to a pair of appearances in the 5,000m run during the outdoor season ... Ran 15:10.36 (40th) at the Indiana Invitational.
2020-21: Made lone indoor appearance at the GVSU Big Meet, where he ran an indoor 5,000m run personal-best 15:08.70 (52nd) ... Opened outdoor season with an overall 5,000m run personal best of 14:51.91 (5th) at the Missouri Spring Opener ... Took 13th (30:40.89) in his 10,000m run debut at the Drake Relays ... Saw action in both the 5,000m run (17th; 15:16.39) and the 10,000m run (11th; 31:05.22) at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships.
2019-20: Took 22nd (8:51.51) in the 3,000m run in his indoor debut at the Notre Dame Invitational ... Shaved nearly two seconds off that time at the Black & Gold Premier, crossing in 8:49.98 (14th) ... Also ran 4:37.77 (35th) in the mile run at the same meet ... Finished 15th (15:12.18) in the 5,000m run at the GVSU Big Meet ... Clocked top 3,000m run time of the year at the Alex Wilson Invitational, coming through in 8:48.02 to secure 19th place.
2018-19: Made lone appearance of the season at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational, placing 37th (16:17.32) in the 5,000m run.
