Posted season-best times in the 200m dash (26.62; 53rd) and 400m dash (58.78; 32nd) at the GVSU Big Meet ... Put points on the board for the Ramblers in the distance medley relay (12:02.99; 4th) and 4x400m relay (3:59.97; 7th) at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships ...
