2023-24: Appeared in 11 competitions for the Ramblers … Kicked off the indoor season at the Purdue-Northwest Classic, helping the DMR team place first in 12:18.70, also helped the 4x400 relay team place third in 4:10.85 … Set a mile personal best of 5:09.21 at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite to place third, also helped the 4x400 relay team place fifth in 4:10.23 … Ran on the ninth place 4x800 relay team at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, running 9:21.59 to rank sixth on the Loyola all-time 4x800 relay list … Opened the outdoor season at the Redbird Challenge, running an 800m time of 2:23.85 … Set an 800m personal best of 2:22.61 at the Chicagoland Championships … Closed out the season at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships running 9:26.23 on the 11^th place 4x800 relay team, individually placed 37^th in the 800m prelims in 2:29.18.
