2025-26: Appeared in thirteen competitions… Opened the season at the Cougar Alumni Open (Dec. 5^th), finishing 6^th in the mile… at the Hoosier Horsepower Classic (Jan. 16-17^th), ran the mile and was on the DMR team, finishing in 2^nd place… at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 24^th), running the 1000m, set a personal best at 3:06.72, while also being apart of the 4x400m relay team finishing in 4^th place… at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Feb. 13^th), running the 3000m, set a personal best at 10:19.41… at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-28^th), running the mile, set a personal best at 5:07.49, while also being apart of the 4x800 team… at the Outdoor Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 9-11^th), ran the 3000m, finishing in 3^rd place… at the ULV Leopard Invitational (Apr. 16-17^th), running the 1500m, set a personal best at 4:43.91…

2024–25: Appeared in 11 competitions … Opened indoors with a time of 2:24.43 in the 800m at the Hawkeye Invite … Set a 400m personal best of 1:05.04 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic … Ran 12:02.35 as part of the seventh-place DMR at the A-10 Indoor Championships … Outdoors, ran 4:54.78 in the 1500m at the WashU Invite … Posted a personal best of 4:53.69 at the Elmhurst Twilight … Ended the season with a 5:08.61 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships.

2023-24: Appeared in 11 competitions for the Ramblers … Kicked off the indoor season at the Purdue-Northwest Classic, helping the DMR team place first in 12:18.70, also helped the 4x400 relay team place third in 4:10.85 … Set a mile personal best of 5:09.21 at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite to place third, also helped the 4x400 relay team place fifth in 4:10.23 … Ran on the ninth place 4x800 relay team at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, running 9:21.59 to rank sixth on the Loyola all-time 4x800 relay list … Opened the outdoor season at the Redbird Challenge, running an 800m time of 2:23.85 … Set an 800m personal best of 2:22.61 at the Chicagoland Championships … Closed out the season at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships running 9:26.23 on the 11^th place 4x800 relay team, individually placed 37^th in the 800m prelims in 2:29.18.

High School: Letterwinner from Regis Jesuit High School in Colorado… a 2019 Colorado All-State Honorable Mention… 2021 Most Outstanding Cross Country Runner… Ben Brownly Award winner in 2022… 2022 and 2023 Most Outstanding Track Runner… Four-time Colorado Academic All-State… holds PRs in the 5k (18:54), 800m (2:18), and mile (5:05).
