2019-20: Opened 2020 season at the Notre Dame Invitational, where he checked in seventh (4:21.90) in the mile run ... Shaved just under a second off that time a week later at the Black & Gold Premier, crossing in 4:21.03 (18th) ... Turned in the top 3,000m run effort of his career at the Meyo Invitational, placing 32nd in 8:34.15 ... Notched another personal best the following week at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing 22nd in the 5,000m run with a time of 15:21.58 ... Competed in the 3,000m run at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships, finishing 13th overall in 8:40.75.
2018-19: Placed fifth (8:45.00) in the 3,000m run at the Black & Gold Invitational ... Notched a season-best time of 8:38.91 (16th) in the same event at the GVSU Big Meet ... Competed in the mile run (4:44.15) and the 3,000m run (9:10.15) at the MVC Indoor Championships ... Opened the outdoor season at the Black & Gold Invitational, running in the 1,500m run (33rd; 4:05.14) and the 2,000m steeplechase (14th; 6:20.65) ...
