2025-26: Appeared in six competitions… at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 24th), running the mile set a personal best at at 4:06.11, finishing in 5th place… at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 26-28th), running the 800m, set a personal best at 1:52.08; also ran the 1500m… at the Bryan Clay Invitational (Apr. 16-18th), running the 1500m, set a personal best at of 3:40.53, landing at 4th on the Loyola all-time list… at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 2-3rd), running the 1500m, finished in 3rd place; was also apart of the 4x800m relay, running 7:29.12, finishing in 2nd place, landing at 2nd on the Loyola all-time list… 

2024-25 (at Fordham): Atlantic 10 champion in the mile (4:09.46) and distance medley relay (9:52.44)... IC4A champion in the mile (4:08.38)... Set the school record in the mile (4:02.86) at the Sander Scorcher (Jan. 24-25)... Ran on the runner-up distance medley relay at the Penn Relays (9:51.06)... Silver medalist in the 1500m (3:49.55) and bronze medalist in the 4x800 relay (7:32.10) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship (May 4-5)... Broke the school record in the 1500m (3:44.99) at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 4).

2023-24 (at Fordham): CSC Academic All-District selection... Set the school record in the 3000m at 8:05.24 at the BU Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10)... Earned silver in the 3000m (8:19.05) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship (Feb. 26)... IC4A silver medalist in the 1500m (3:49.19).

2022-23 (at Fordham): CSC Academic All-District selection... Placed fifth in the mile (4:09.98) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship (Feb. 26).

2021-22 (at Fordham): Member of the Metropolitan champion 4x800 relay (7:51.43) (Feb. 4).

High School: Four-year cross country and track performer at St. Peter’s Prep (N.J.)... 2020 Hudson County Cross Country Runner of the Year... Two-time All-County honoree... School record holder in the 3200m and distance medley relay... Graduated summa cum laude.
