Amanda VanZeben

Amanda VanZeben is set to begin her second season as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations at Loyola University Chicago. VanZeben is in charge of team travel, film exchange and video and manages the program's budget.

Prior to arriving at Loyola, VanZeben spent two seasons across town at UIC, where she served as an assistant coach. The Murray, Utah native helped guide the Flames to one of their best seasons in program history in 2011-12 with an 18-13 record.

Before coming to Chicago, VanZeben worked as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team at Clarendon College in Texas where she played a key role in all aspects of coaching including recruiting, scouting and player development. Before that she served as a graduate assistant and the director of operations for the women's basketball program at American University from 2007-2008. VanZeben also spent time as an assistant coach at Grayson College and as the head coach at Lone Peak High School in Highland, Utah.

VanZeben graduated from UNLV in 2006 with a degree in sociology.
