Loyola University Chicago Athletics

Abby Gamble became an assistant athletic trainer at Loyola University Chicago in 2025.

She previously served as an athletic trainer at Roosevelt University, providing primary coverage for the men’s soccer, women’s volleyball, and men’s volleyball programs while assisting with all other sports. At Roosevelt, Gamble oversaw daily treatment and injury management, implemented organizational systems, managed medical documentation, and supported inventory and vendor coordination.

Gamble earned a Master’s in Athletic Training from the University of Iowa in 2024. During her graduate studies, she completed an immersive clinical rotation with the Colgate University football program in the fall of 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in community health with a concentration in rehabilitation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2022).
