Angie Bradley was named Loyola’s Associate Athletic Director of Health, Wellness, and Sport Performance in May 2023.
Bradley joins the Rambler family following a five-year stint at Saint Louis University as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Medicine and Wellness. While at SLU, Bradley was responsible for sports medicine administration, mental health initiatives, the empowerment speaker series, facilitation of bystander intervention and sexual assault prevention training. She also was the athletic trainer for the Billikens’ women’s soccer, men’s and women’s Tennis teams, and men’s and women’s track and field teams.
The Waterloo, Illinois native initially arrived at Saint Louis University in December 2007 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She served in that role working with men’s soccer, baseball and men’s and women’s swimming teams for 10 years before becoming Athletic Trainer to Dr. Lyndon Gross at the Orthopedic Center of St. Louis, where she spent one year before returning to SLU.
Bradley began her professional career in 2000 at STAR Physical Therapy in Nashville, Tennessee providing outreach athletic trainer coverage at Page High School and in-clinic patient rehabilitation. In 2004 she became Head Athletic Trainer at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park, where she remained until beginning her first tenure at SLU.
Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in health management at Southeast Missouri State University, where she gained experience as a student athletic trainer. She was a graduate assistant athletic trainer and earned a master’s degree at Middle Tennessee State University.
