Lozano returned to Rogers Park in May 2026 after serving at the Atlantic 10 Conference office as assistant director of championships from 2025 to 2026. He also spent the previous year as the Don DiJulia Fellow, gaining valuable experience in league operations and championship administration.

Lozano is already well-acquainted with Loyola’s program and culture, having previously worked with the Loyola Chicago women's basketball team as a student manager from 2021-22 through 2023-24. In that role, he assisted with the organization of team resources, coordinated game operations, and supported logistics for team travel and road contests.

A Loyola graduate, Lozano earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management.
