In her role as Athletic Academic Advisor, Joellen Hatchett works with women’s volleyball, softball, men’s soccer, women’s golf, and men’s golf teams.
The Waterloo, Iowa native joins the Rambler Family after working at her alma mater, the University of Northern Iowa, as Orientation Coordinator from 2021-2023 and Admissions Counselor from 2019-2021.
As a graduate student at Western, she worked in alumni programs, housing, and athletic academic services.
Hatchett received her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa and Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University.
