Maddie Bozych

Maddie Bozych joined Loyola in the fall of 2025 as an assistant athletic trainer, with primary responsibility for the women’s soccer program.

A native of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Bozych earned both her Bachelor of Exercise Science and her Master of Athletic Training with a concentration in interprofessional education from Saint Louis University’s Doisy College of Health Sciences. While completing her master's degree, she gained clinical experience with Washington University in St. Louis’ football program, John Burroughs School, and SLU men’s basketball.

Bozych began her professional career at Saint Louis University, working with the field hockey and swimming and diving teams. She also served as a lab instructor in the Doisy College of Health Sciences, teaching therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation courses.

She later worked at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., providing athletic training coverage for the football, women’s lacrosse, tennis, and women’s soccer programs. Bozych currently resides in Chicago’s Wrigleyville neighborhood.
