The Ramblers struck in the bottom-half of the first, as Nora Schober belted a two-run home run to straight-away centerfield to cut the Blue Demons' lead to one (3-2).
DePaul added another run in the third when Sean Plese singled home Katie Hanson. The Blue Demons would break the game open in the fourth inning. The designated player cranked her second two-RBI double of the game to give DePaul a comfortable 6-2 lead.
