Here's your update on the Rambler Residence Hall Spirit Challenge. As of February 5, 2012 the following teams are tied for the lead with 7 points: Creighton 5, and Fordham. The teams tied for second place with 6 points are: Creighton 6, Fairfield, Lemoyne, Marquette, Mertz 5, Mertz 8, Mertz 9, Mertz 11, Mertz 12, Mertz 18, Regis 3, Regis 5, Rockhurst, Santa Clara, Simpson 2, Spring Hill and Xavier. The Rambler Residence Hall Spirit Challenge pits Loyola residents up against each other to see which group has the most Rambler Pride! Here's how it works:

- The team with the highest percentage of attendees at any given Women's Basketball, Men's Basketball, and Men's Volleyball game will be awarded one point.

- Teams are broken down by FIRST-YEAR AREA FLOORS and APARTMENT AREA BUILDINGS.

- Bonus points will be awarded for specific events, some away games, in-game contests, and best attendance.

- Winners will receive AWESOME PRIZES including local restaurant coupons and gift cards, a Pete's Pizza Party, PNC cash cards, Nike Rambler Apparel, banners and flags, and a meet-and-greet with players and coaches.

- Keep track of standings on www.loyolaramblers.com and on the leaderboard, which will be posted soon, in the Norville Center.

See you at the games and be sure to bring your student ID to get credit for attending! The next chance to earn points will be the men's basketball game versus Green Bay THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2012 at 7 p.m.
