CHICAGO - Summer is right around the corner and the Loyola University Chicago Athletics Department has a handful of fun-filled outings planned for the coming months. Open to Loyola fans, friends, alumni, and staff, these events are a great way to mingle with Ramblers coaches and administrators as well as fellow fans of the Maroon and Gold.

The summer fun kicks off with an event on a rooftop at the Chicago Cubs game versus the New York Mets on Saturday, May 18 at noon. Doors open at 11 a.m., and tickets for the 3633 N. A Day at the Races at Arlington Park will be held on the Miller Lite Party Deck on Saturday, June 22, and on Friday, July 19, Rambler fans can set sail on the Ft. Dearborn for a boat cruise, which will depart from the North Pier Docks on Ogden Slip.

Loyola will also be holding the 28th Annual Loyola Ramblers Golf Outing at Harborside International Golf Center on Thursday, August 1. Reserve your tee time today for $250 per golfer or $1,000 per foursome to play on one of the top links courses in the Chicago area. The final scheduled event for the summer is an outing at the Chicago White Sox game versus the Minnesota Twins at U.S. Cellular Field on Saturday, August 10.
