Two More Rambler Summer Tour Events On Deck

May 24, 2013

CHICAGO - As part of its summer tour of events, the Loyola University Chicago Athletics Department will be hosting a day at the races at Arlington Park on June 22, and will also be setting sail on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan on July 19 for a boat cruise. Tickets for both of these popular events will go fast, so be sure to sign up today and get a chance to mingle with Loyola coaches, administrators, staff, alumni, and fellow Rambler fans.

On June 22, Loyola will hold a day at the races at Arlington Park where fans can enjoy exclusive access to the Miller Lite Party Deck from 12-6 p.m., with post time scheduled for 1 p.m. An ideal spot from which to watch the horse races, the Miller Lite Party Deck features both indoor and outdoor areas with multiple flat screen TV's, Bag-O, and wagering hosts.

Tickets for the day at the races are an affordable $65 per person and include admission to Arlington Park, a daily racing guide, food and drink, and an afternoon of exciting horse racing. Discounted tickets are available for children and young adults and can be purchased by calling (773) 508-9653. Space is limited to the first 50 people, so reserve your spot today!

Loyola alumni, fans, and friends are invited aboard the Fort Dearborn, the flagship vessel of Chicago Line Cruises' fleet as the boat sets sail at 6:45 p.m. from the North Pier Docks (465 N. McClurg Court) on July 19. Following the cruise, join Rambler fans at Lizzie McNeil's Irish Pub (400 N. McClurg Court) where 20 percent of your tab will benefit Loyola Athletics.

Tickets for the boat cruise are available for $65, which includes a $25 donation to the Rambler Athletic Fund, and entitle guests to a boat ticket, as well as food and drink on the Fort Dearborn.
