In Short...
Loyola rebounded from a loss earlier this afternoon by scoring three runs in the first and easing to a 4-0 win over Iowa.

Erica Nagel led the offense with three more hits and Katie Kasubke ripped a pair of doubles, including a big, two-run two-bagger to get LU started.

How It Happened
+ Nagel got Loyola started in the opening inning, leading off with a single, moving to second on a sacrifice and coming home on a two-out single from Brie Pasquale
+ Kasubke followed with a double to score Brooke Wyderski, who had walked, and Pasquale came home later on an Iowa error to give LU a 3-0 lead after one inning
+ Kiley Jones put up zeroes in the second and third innings and Loyola added another in its half of the third
+ Wyderski led off with a double, moved to third on a Pasquale single and came in to score on Kasubke's second double of the game
+ Hannah Jenkins was hit by a pitch to load the bases but the Ramblers could not add any insurance runs
+ Jones continued to keep the Hawkeyes at bay and Keenan Dolezal took over to start the sixth
+ Despite walked three in her two innings, Dolezal was able to keep Iowa from mounting any major threats and a pop up to O'Brien at third base capped Loyola's third shutout of the season
