CHICAGO (February 11, 2019) – Under the guidance of third-year head coach
Kate Achter, the Loyola University Chicago women's basketball team has set the dates for its upcoming summer camp schedule. Camps will once again be held on Loyola's Lake Shore Campus in Rogers Park.
Along with her staff, Achter and various players will conduct three camp offerings during the summer months, beginning with a Kids Camp, slated for July 15-18, which is open to children in kindergarten through seventh grade.
The program's annual Elite Camp, geared towards those entering grades 8-12 in the fall of 2019, is scheduled for August 3-4. Players will receive a high level of instruction, drill and team play as they look to elevate their games to the next level.
Also on the docket is the Loyola Women's Basketball Shootout. With the dates still to be determined, the high school team camp provides a tournament style format that allows teams to train and improve in a competitive game environment.
