Â
During the 2021 indoor campaign, Alabi earned a runner-up finish (45-07.00; 13.89m) at the Indiana State Invitational.
Â
In the classroom, Alabi boasts a 3.61 cumulative grade-point average as a Marketing major in Loyola's Quinlan School of Business. A recipient of the MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award, he was named an MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honoree in 2019-20.
Â
To qualify for the MVC Scholar-Athlete Spotlight, student-athletes must carry a cumulative GPA of 3.20, complete at least one academic year at a Valley institution, and must be at least a sophomore in academic standing. In addition to academic qualifications, student-athletes are evaluated on their campus involvement and community service.
