FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Loyola University Chicago's Rodolfo Sanchez clocked a time of 3:46.62 in the 1,500m Wednesday at the 2026 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field West Preliminary Round at John McDonnell Field.

Sanchez placed 11th in the fourth heat and did not advance to the quarterfinal round.

Loyola now turns its attention to Nate Boutin and Roisin Treacy as they look to secure spots in the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, in the 3K steeplechase.

Boutin is scheduled to race Friday, May 29, at 5:40 p.m., while Treacy will compete Saturday at 5:40 p.m. Fans can watch the action live on ESPN+.
