CHICAGO (March 21, 2021) – The Loyola University Chicago men's golf will be back in action at the start of the week when it travels to Springfield, Mo. for the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate.

Set to be hosted at the par-71, 6.760-yard course at the Twin Oaks Country Club, the two-day event will begin on Monday morning with the opening 36 holes of play, with play concluding on Tuesday. Live scoring will be available at

Loyola will have the opportunity to see how it stacks up against a handful of Missouri Valley Conference foes, as Missouri State, the event's host, Bradley, Drake, UNI, and Valparaiso are all scheduled to be in attendance. Central Arkansas, Creighton, Evangel, North Alabama, Northern Illinois, Omaha, Oral Roberts, SIUE, South Dakota, UT Martin, Western Illinois, and Wichita State round out the 18-team field.

Erik Hoops will stick with the same lineup that helped the Maroon & Gold to a sixth-place finish at the Bash at the Beach last week. That quintet includes seniors
Devin Johnson,
Justin LaFrance, and
Ryan Magee, along with sophomores
Timmy Crawford and
Zach Walsh. Crawford led the charge for the Ramblers in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., tying for 18
th place with a 54-hole tally of 219 (70-75-74).

After returning from the Ozarks, the Ramblers head east to Indianapolis, Ind. for the Butler Spring Invitational, March 29-30.
