CHICAGO (September 27, 2022) – Loyola University Chicago has launched the Loyola Ramblers Marketplace. Powered by Opendorse, the Loyola Ramblers Marketplace will support Loyola student-athletes in their Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities.Â
Â
The Loyola-branded NIL Marketplace will allow fans, brands, sponsors, vendors and companies access to browse hundreds of student-athlete profiles and securely pitch those that they are interested in pursuing for NIL opportunities. Using this platform, every Loyola student-athlete will have the opportunity to participate individually and work directly with any individual business inquiries. In addition, interested third parties will have the ability to pitch, schedule and pay Rambler student-athletes for NIL activities in a singular secure and compliant platform.
Â
Every Loyola student-athlete will have the option to create and build an individualized Opendorse profile. The profile can link to each student-athlete's social media accounts and any other endeavors that would allow businesses to better get to know them. The Opendorse profile will not only allow student-athletes to grow their personal brands, but also will provide an accessible avenue to secure NIL opportunities.
Â
Opendorse has facilitated countless NIL deals and endorsements with athletes at all levels of sports. The Opendorse Marketplace is used by over 75,000 athletes to manage deals from pitch to payment as well as tax preparation.
