CHICAGO - Loyola Chicago heads to Fordham Friday and Saturday for its final two road matches of the regular season. The Ramblers are riding a 12-match win streak into the weekend. First serve is set for 5 p.m. CT Friday and 1 p.m. CT Saturday.

Bree Borum continued her dominant play for the Ramblers last weekend against Duquesne on her home court. She recorded her third triple-double of the season with 12 kills, 44 assists, and 13 digs. She is the only player in the Atlantic 10 to record a triple double this year. Borum is averaging 9.11 assists per set ranking third overall in the conference. She has tallied at least 40 assists in six matches this season, including a season-high 49 back on Aug. 27 at Purdue. 

Emily Banitt is on the brink of a career milestone sitting at 991 kills entering Friday's match. Nine kills would make her the third Rambler this season to hit the 1,000 career kill mark. Banitt recorded a match-high 18 kills last weekend against the Dukes. She's now hit double-digit kills in eight matches this season. She was just one shy of tying her season-high 19 kills set against the Boilermakers. 

Addie Barnes recorded back-to-back double-doubles for the Ramblers in the series sweep vs. Duquesne. In match one, Barnes tallied 12 kills and 13 digs, while in match two, she had 12 kills and 18 digs. Barnes also added five assists in both matches. The pair of double-doubles brought her season total up to three, and she has nine matches with at least 10 kills recorded. 

Over the 12-match win streak, Loyola has only dropped five sets, and nine of the wins have been sweeps.

With two weeks left of regular season action, the Ramblers remain on the hunt for the regular season title. Loyola currently sits in second at 12-2 behind a 14-0 Dayton squad.
