CHICAGO (July 5, 2023) – Loyola University Chicago opposite hitter Parker Van Buren was 1-of-21 athletes selected to train for the 2023 U.S. Men's Collegiate National Team.
 
Van Buren, a rising redshirt junior with the Ramblers, is currently in Anaheim, California, training at the national team facility July 2-8. The group is a mix of high-performing and high-potential NCAA athletes as identified in collaboration with the Men's National Team staff.
 
While in Anaheim, the team has the opportunity to train alongside members of the Men's National Team, who will be competing in Volleyball Nations League play.
 
Following conclusion of play, members of the Men's Collegiate National Team will be selected to continue on and compete at the 2023 NORCECA Men's Pan American Cup in Mexico.
