BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Loyola Chicago women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Texas A&M on the final day of action at the Bowling Green Hampton Inn Invitational.

Karlie McNabb led Loyola with six kills as the Ramblers failed to get into a groove Saturday morning, finishing with a .050 team hitting percentage.
Anna Feldkamp had five kills and
Esma Ajanovic added a season-high 4 kills.

Bree Borum had 11 assists and
Grace Hinchman had four digs for the Ramblers.

Borum tallied a kill to even the opening set at 8-all. The Aggies would go on an extended run to build a led they would not relinquish, cruising to a 25-16 victory.

A 4-0 Loyola run pulled the Ramblers within one in the second set at 21-20, with Hinchman serving up an ace during the run. The Aggies responded with the final four points to take the second set, 25-21, and a 2-0 lead in the match.

Texas A&M jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the third set and never looked back, taking the match with a 25-18 victory.

Loyola returns home for its home opener on Friday, Sept. 8 when the Ramblers play host to Tennessee.
