CHICAGO – The Ramblers continue Atlantic 10 play on the road this weekend with a trip to take on the Flyers. Loyola Chicago and Dayton will play a single game Friday at 3 p.m. CT with a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. CT. Both teams are looking to rally from non-conference losses earlier this week.

Scouting Dayton
The Flyers are 13-13 overall and 3-3 in A-10 play heading into the weekend. Dayton dropped two non-conference games earlier this week to RV Kentucky (4-3) and Ohio State (6-2). The Flyers were tabbed the league's preseason favorite ahead of the season starting. Currently, Dayton ranks second in the A-10 with a 3.49 ERA.
At the plate, Maddie Kapsimalis leads Dayton batting .346 over 26 starts. She has a team-high 27 hits, including six doubles, one triple, and two homers. Kapsimalis has 20 RBI and 12 runs scored. In the circle, Izzy Kemp is 7-5 overall 16 appearances. Kemp has a 2.27 ERA, two saves, and 78 strikeouts.
